Leftovers

Verse 1

We are hungry, we're a big hungry bunch
We are hungry, we didn't even eat lunch
We are hungry, to hear what Jesus will say
We are hungry, we've been out here all day
Whaddaya mean, Jesus, we should feed them?

We've got nothing, there is nothing out here
We've got nothing, could you please interfere?
(cos) We've got nothing, certainly not enough
We've got nothing, feeling hungry is rough
Whaddaya mean, there's a boy with some bread? (x2)

Verse 3

It's so little, two fish and five rolls of bread
So, so little, Jesus, are you out of your head?
It's so little, we will need a thousand more,
It's so little, we need more, we are sure!
Whaddaya mean, just share it around? (x3)

We are sharing, we are sharing the food
We are sharing, and it's helping our mood
We are sharing, this food that Jesus just blessed
We are sharing, and God takes care of the rest
Whaddaya mean, go collect the leftovers? (x3)
How can there even be any leftovers?

We're collecting, we don't understand how
We're collecting, many baskets of bread
We're collecting, we're all in over our head
